My Professional Career
After graduating from medical school, I moved to Boston, where I trained in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. While at MGH, I studied Mind-Body Medicine with Dr. Herbert Benson at the Benson-Henry Institute. I served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. I transitioned to caring for complex medical patients within the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network in the Boston area. I then transitioned to my current work with the geriatric population within the Extended Care Group of North Shore Medical Center, a Partners Hospital.
I hold a board certification in Internal Medicine as well as a certification in Holistic Integrative Medicine. I have additional training in Functional Medicine, Mind-Body Medicine, Herbal Medicine, Cannabis Therapeutics, Energy Medicine, Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation and Physical rehabilitation. Additionally, I am an accomplished guitar player and have in depth knowledge and experience with the healing power of music.
